Types of Drawings

The exact representation of two more views of an object on a plane (Flat Surface). If two views that describe the object well are carefully selected, this can help simplify the drawing.

Oblique projection like isometric, is a way of showing depth. Oblique shows an object's view as face on. Where as isometric shows as object as if viewed from on edge. Something as a line that is oblique.

It's advantage is that is easier to draw, because all its measurements can be made with a regular scale. It can also be drawn at once, without projection from other views or without using a special scale. Being an isometric drawing or projection.

Perspective drawing is a three dimensional representation of an object when seen through your eyes at a particular point. The distinctive feature of perspective drawing is that in perspective, lines on the receding planes that are actually parallel are not drawn parallel, as they are in isometric and oblique drawing. Instead, they are drawn as if they are converge (Coming Together).

Virtus will allows you to view your object from six views. Virtus is a three dimensional (3D) drawing.
